ok checking in on day 15
kind of lonely today. I am reading the posts about relationships, and wishing I was back together with my ex. It's so hard to be alone. But then sometimes I am happy that way, being able to do my own thing, enjoying the peace and quiet, watch what I want to on TV, eat what I want, go where I want...
that's also how i have gotten into trouble so many times in the past though. just me left to my own devices.
but so far today I worked out, ate a good breakfast, and watched a bit of the olympics. now off to work....
cmhcali, remember that you are enough, a whole person, who deserves nothing but the best life has to offer. What you are doing now is for you, so that you may be in a relationship as a whole person. You may still feel strongly about your ex for a while. Just remember that love will one day return to you. It may be your ex or someone else, but it will happen. In the meantime, you can prepare =) and take good care of yourself.

and yes what is your name I am sure i misspelled your screen name =)

Hi y'all, was having a lacklustre day, haven't done owt I said I would. Couple of posts lifted me for a little while but ultimatly I've been giving myself a hard time for my reluctance to deal with them, the normal folk.

20 minutes ago, the flat I've just taken over was fleetingly on mainstream British T.V, not just the town, MY FLAT!

Day 41 I am happily freaked out.

Major 4 part design and regeneration programme, focusing on the small Leeds satellite town of Castleford. It seriously needs some regeneration too. Some designer, architect bods pointed a camera down our street...AAARRRGH! still freaked

Someone here is happy? What the......?

LOL! That's great to read-seriously! I am feeling really good today too.I went to a yoga class today for the first time in YEARS and I feel so much better physically this afternoon.I've needed to do this for a while really.I'm going to go twice a week for a start anyway-ease myself into it.Between that and walking my dog I think I'll do okay!

So great to read all the milestones here recently, too!Congrats to you all!

I am so happy that we're all so stinkin' happy today. What's going on around here, anyway?

I am so excited for everyone, working hard to sweat out early sobriety. My thoughts are with you!
