30 days!
I finally made 30 days, the most sober time Ive had since last year.
I just wanted to thank every single person on SR for being here.
I also just sent in paperwork applying for addiction counseling, so I've got my fingers crossed that I get into the program.

That is Awsome! Good luck with addiction counseling. I always get a laugh out of the addiction counseling for addicts. I knew all about the using, little about the true affects. Keep going and rock on!

Congratulations bubby! I doubt I could be any happier for you, I'm overjoyed. Like Ro said, this has definitely made my day 
Remember back when we first met? When, like you put it, we were both so gung-ho about sobriety, and barreling through recovery as though it were a race? The drama, the rants we shared... It seems like so long ago. Something is different this time around, though. Or it feels like it. Like we have both slowed down, and learned to take it slowly, as it comes.
I always had faith in you Fel, but the important part is that you're starting to have faith in yourself. You can do it because you're more than worth the effort. And you've taught me so much about vulnerability, struggles, friendship... I'm so grateful for having you in my life.
So keep going, sweetie. Twirl in the garden without stumbling

Felly it wasn't long ago I was worried because you were having a down time. You rallied, though, and look at you now! Matt mentioned for you and him, "Something is different this time around" & I feel that way too, having reached almost 7 mos. So glad you held on & didn't give up. Love, Joanie

this is just so terrific! It was a good thing for me when I felt like something was different. I felt like a part of life instead of like I was watching and waiting for the next shoe to drop.
