Anyone in the Northern Va area?
Don't know if this proper form so you can close or move it as you see fit.
I was wondering if there was anyone in the Northern Virginia area. I just moved back here from Asheville, NC and I'm in desperate need of some friends here who are sober. I live in Leesburg, Va and I've been to a few meetings but they've all been duds (of course maybe I need to give them more time, duh!)
But anyway if you want to chat or maybe hook up and hang out (don't care if you're male or female) then let me know. I'll give you my AIM name.

Hey I am down in Fredericksburg, if you want to hook up some time PM me. In the mean time why not call your AA hotline and talk to someone about meetings out your way. Leesburg is a nice area and I am sure if you keep going to meetings you will find some that you like. One suggestion is to go early and help set up and be prepared to stay a bit late just to talk.
