I Finally Went To a Meeting!!

Well, I did it. I had to force myself to but I went. The cool thing is, I liked it. I have been to AA and NA meetings and they are usually huge, jammed packed with people. This one was small and it just felt more relaxed. I'm planning on going again next week. I think I will even speak up a little next time.

Good for you grantstrength1. I'm glad you had a good experience. I only liked the small meetings myself in the beginning. Now the bigger meetings don't bother me so much anymore.

Same here. Small meetings are good for me if I want to share, still a bit shy at the bigger ones.

That's great that you attended and liked your meeting. I haven't been to a bad meeting yet. I know they exist, but I have been fortunate and i always feel a lot better after I go.
