Newbies

Hello People ...well i am on day four I just wondered if there are a few other people out there who are starting out on this journey...Maybe we could take this journey together to sobrierty... I know there are many threads out there but it seems most are for people over a month.

I visted the shops yesterday and the urge to buy alchol was real hard to ignore but i walked away but it was hard. After drinking heavily for as long as i remember I know its time to stop!

Hi and Welcome,

There are people here who are at different points on the road than you are at the moment. But, we all understand each other and we're on this journey together.

I had to look the other way when I passed the wine and beer aisle in the grocery store for a long time.
