Just joined the forum 
I just wanted to say hello! I am a recovering alcoholic for 6 months now. I just completed my Step 5 WOW!!!!, no wonder i was an alcoholic, full of fear and resentment. Anyway, keeping myself well, working the steps on a daily basis and all is going to well, always keeping it in the day and going to good AA meetings and big book studies.

Thank guys that great, really appreciate the warm welcome.
It's good for me to share the my progress.
My spiritually relationship with my higher power is the most amazing thing at the moment. I've always being a christian and i always thought i had a relationship with God.
How wrong was I, not until i found myself in AA that the real relationship has began to grow.
It hard to explain but good things are happening in my life.
There are still some areas in my life that needs working on but i have handed my will and actions to the higher one.
Yeah, AA, told me what was wrong with me and i am truly grateful.

Hi soberchick. I am only 19 days sober and am new, here, as well.
However, I have had some sober time, in the past, and know how positive it can be.
Good job & good luck on many more months...
I am assuming you were born in 87. Funny thing is that is when I started drinking frequently.

Hey SC87, welcome to SR. We are in about the same plan in sobriety and exactly the same place in steps. Three weeks ago I got my 6 month chip I just finished 4 & 5 and I'm working on 6 & 7. Good to have you here.
