Crazy crazy thoughts ye
I mean is this at all common or even recognized? I'm not too well informed ha. But for a year or so I've been having increasing fantasies about knifing people from my past/ Usually at the end of extreme drinking.
That sounds quite extreme, and I want to say straight away I have never hurt anyone in my life and I will never hurt anyone. It's just I was wondering if this a medically well known stuff, or I'm just very crazy lol, has anyone else had disturbing fantasies when trying to give up or not?

No...I have not and sorry to see that you are.
It must be very upsetting....
As they happen "usually at the end of extreme drinking"
why not stay sober so they will stop?
Are you having problems with sobriety?
I find prayer helps me immensley when I am disturbed.
