Hi everyone....
I am going to be away from SR for a while..
I am going to be on retreat.
my life over the last while has been very challenging and I am feeling a little worse for wear spiritually..stuff has gotten done, but in the flurrie of life and gulps for breath, I have not made time for my precious practice...I know, I know...
I made an important and much needed decision recently, which has shaken me to the core in a good way....and I need to sit with the fallout and see what else shakes loose....I am looking forward to this and to finding and being with my center once again...
I will miss you all, talk to you soon, take care of each other...hugs, Grateful
