It has been nice. Spent the day flipping burgers at the school fayre and catching up with the other mums. Not exciting but peacefull and drama free me time. Looking forward to an early night and a really good sleep with a lie in in the morning if I feel like it. My choices and my decisions.

Been reading the book "The Gift of Fear" that Former Doormat recommended, it's well worth a look, only wish I'd read it years ago.
