Hi every1 done something stupid again. Had lots of beer (complete lack of will power or just stupid!) to celebrate passing my exams. Then after about 8, i then started to think why and i drinkin and felt guilty about it and depressed. I then proceeded to text mum, sister and boyfriend that they should not allow me to drink. Feel bad now. Told my mum you no i have a problem with drink etc. Why am i so screwed up that i feel guilty to drink and then the next day convince my self its ok. Surely, if i was normal i would not think this when drunk. Dont no why am even posting to be honest i cant get this right since my last not drinkin period.

Thank you carol , just need to get a grip and stop being an idiot at least if you look on the positive side this drunken moment may stop me from drinking as there will be a few raised eyebrows if i drink now. Sick and tired of this circle i am in. I will do whatever i can not to drink today even if that means going to bed early

Amelie I do the same thing. I just go to bed early to avoid drinking. Boy do I feel better the next day too!

Just bacause you fell doesnt mean that you quit trying. Everybody falls. Its how we learn what not to do. You awknowledge you have a problem and thats a great start. Dont think so bad of youself, you are loved by many people and are a great person. :ghug3

Boyfriend went out bought lots of beers. Said its up to me why dont i just have a few. I said it hard to do that he said you like to drink till they r all gone. Tempted. But as yet not going to give in
