The depression is back with a vengeance. And twice as bad as before. Do'nt know what to do to relieve it, I'm taking all my meds and it's just overwhelming. But I won't drink over it. Not today.

Part 9 eh?...we sure whine a lot....but I'm not done yet....
since stopping the pills, I've started eating again....and apparently a little too much - cause my denims are a whole lot tighter this morning than they used to be. ugh.

I got some yogurt-covered raisins and some oriental spring mix to munch on - put them on my desk for everyone to help themselves to - only an arms length away from me, though. I ate so much I'm gonna hurl!

I would whine, Lord knows I have been doing enough lately (and could now!!) But I only have four more days until I get a paid week off of work!!!! I am going to be a total SLUG for a week!!! LOL
