who would have thought i could say this 8 months and one day today
that i would ba af this long . 8 months one day. to find the will power to just say NO.i have pray to god for insight everyday. to read so much now just trying to stay busy and have fun when i can and work when i need to . i am so lucky to have a family that i know love me . for who i am becoming. a person that is happy . i laugh more now .i live . dont hold things in anymore i let them out . thur writing and talking them out . i have found as long as i put myself first before anything else . working on ways to control my anger , not drinking and thinking . i get better as time goes on . this is my fight and am kicking a-s-s and not letting my guard down...
this is what works for me
there is so much help out there find it . learn as much as you can..
its all possible
i am 8 1/2 years drug free and now 8 months 1 day alcohol free ..
feeling great and getting stronger
