Welcome To The Newcomers...!
We have been waiting for you. Good to see that your arrival has finally come, welcome to the beginning of your new life.
Many people here have been where you are – afraid, at wit’s end, feeling down, feeling worthless… and guess what?
WE DO RECOVER..!
Yeah, I though it was just a saying once too, that maybe recovery was for everyone else but not for me, then I dedicated myself to a recovery lifestyle, and things started happening for the better.
You can do it. Here’s a thought to get you started: no matter your past, no matter what you have done - you have 100% of the rest of your life in front of you right now – make the most of it.
kEEP COMING BACK.

Attitude is everything...!
I've noticed recently that a lot of newcomers appear to be focused on "When will...." subjects, like when will I be able to sit around with my friends as they drink, when will the cravings go away, when will I feel better... etc.
No one is guaranteed tomorrow, or even guaranteed an hour from now. Focus on the present, and let the future emerge as it will. Resist the 'when will' thoughts.
For me, 'projecting' into the future with 'when will' and 'what if' thinking was always a losing cause. Too much for me to comprehend. I need to stay more in today.
Hope that might help someone.
