Throwing away the empty and full bottles
My man and me we threw away the empty bottles...The full bottles we gave to our friends..I felt realy relieved by that..After the midday we gonna buy some new drinks..But this time it will be soft drinks and especialy water...Just wanted to share this..Love from Stefanie

Way to go, that's the first thing I did when I got back from the docs in October last year.
Haven't drank since then. Was such a relief to get all the drink and empty bottles out of the house for the last time.

I haven't stopped yet but I'm close to making the final decision, I've joined here so that's a start. Will be interesting to read your progress and get the courage up to quit myself. GOOD LUCK TO BOTH OF YOU.

Good for you Stefanie. Just one day at a time is all you have to do to stay sober. Definitely drink a lot of water. That's what i did when i first stopped. It helps a lot. I especially liked the flavored water.

Ah, Least, yes, the hiding the bottles in the trash. I REMEMBER. It is only Day 20, but I am on my way. Every time I throw out trash, I remember the hiding, and am so glad there is nothing hidden in there any more.
