Memorial Day
Before we all go off to our Memorial Day barbeques, 
Let's take a moment to remember what this holiday weekend is all about.
And give thanks to those who gave their lives for our freedom.
We don't have to agree with the causes of war,
this one or any one.
But, for those brave young men and women,
Who put their lives on the line, and gave the ultimate sacrifices,
Perhaps we can spend just a moment of silence
To remember our debt to them,
In gratitude.
