A couple people I used to know that hung out with my ex (and are recovering) just came over and we hung out, they helped me clean out my garage and we had some good laughs! When one of them metioned the x I didnt even get that knot in my stomach! I think I have made progress. They told me they wanted to stop over a long time ago but didnt know how i would react (since they were more of the x's friends and thought I might have bad feelings towards them too.) One of them said "ya know what? You seem alot happier now that you aren't with him anymore" and i said "I think I feel happier" It was kind of surreal. It was really cool and i just wanted to share!
