when he says it want to go use..I get upset then say things ,then he turns everything around to me ....look how you are acting and gets men ...when he says he going out what should i do to handle this

Can you ask yourself a few questions?

What have you said in the past?
Has it made any difference?
Does he keep pushing til he gets the situation right where he wants it?

Is there really anything that you can say or do that will change his actions?

probably not, sweetie.

But you can start thinking about what is best for you.
what you would like to set as boundaries with your exposure to him while he is using?
Such as. . .
If you use, do not call me. I will not answer the phone.
or
If you use, do not use my vehicle as it would place me at a financial risk with your behaviors.
I am uncomfortable being around you while you are under the influence, if you come home in that state, I will leave.

Not saying these are the things you have to do - just giving some examples of things you can do to take care of yourself.
