yay for me!!
I just wanted to share some good news. I am estatic. Thanks to all the support I recieved from this site, and friends and family, I left my ABF of 11 years, have moved forward and just found out that I am able to buy him out of our house and own it ALL BY MYSELF. I never, never thought I would be able to do that. Soo...please do not ever underestimate yourselves. Where there is a will, there is a way. I may be eating hotdogs for a year or two but I can live with that. lol. My kids are carefree and happy, thier grades have gone up, I am happy, no more upset tummies, head aches, it is hard to do at the time but soo worth it!!!!

I understand the feeling of finding out you can be the one to buy your house ALL BY YOURSELF!
You will get very creative with those hotdogs I bet!
If I end up being the one to buy out my AH I might be asking for some recipes!!!!
