Hello from sunny SD

Hello All,

Just plopped in here today and having a look around. Seems like a great group of people focused on the goal of staying sober. I'm new to sobriety - 59 days so far w/the help of AA.

Look forward to browsing and meeting some folks here.

I have found this to be a very friendly caring place. It's my support network 24/7/365. Like an AA meeting in my own room anytime of the day or night.

Thank you all for the welcome.

StayinAlive - Speed...MMMM, yes... but not the chemical kind, I like the good'ol twist of the wrist, wheel up in the air, eyes in the back of your head kind that you get from a liter displacement machine of the two wheeled variety =)

Alcohol was my drug of choice, but opiates would come a close second.

I'm at 64 days today. Feelin' groovey and just reading all the posts in on this board to get more aquainted.
