So, the letter from the finance company arrives the other day, didn't open it immediately, thought she had made the payment. She hadn't. Talked to those folks twice today, the second rep was very direct, she said that I could just seize the vehicle outright since my name is on the title. Said I wouldn't, if she is making the payments it isn't ethical.

She sent me the email-subject line 'car'-the "payment is taken care of" without explaining that the finance company let her roll the missed payment and late fee to the end of the loan. And whining about how tough things were for her, ex not making child support payments, quack, quack, quack. I was going to respond, but I made the second call to the finance company first, not necessary to respond. Ya'll have a good weekend!
