Crawling back
Hey All- I know many of you have been looking out for me...wondering what happened...etc.,etc. Well theres really too much to get into right now, but suffice to say, its not pretty. On the good side nobody died...no legal troubles...hope is still available..........as per my thread title...currently struggling with alcoholic gastritis...nasty business..so crawlings about all I do ...should be healed soon...oh...the folks at the hospital say hi

I was wondering what happened. One minute you were here and the next, nothing.
I think I have a pretty good idea of what the alcoholic gastritous consists of that you're talking about. If I'm right, it ain't pretty. It's serious.
But, by the Grace of God, you lived. This time.
You know this is no joke my friend so I don't have to preach to you or try to find the words to get you to realize that this is your life you're talking about. I truly hope this is your bottom. The bottom it's going to take for you to totally surrender and realize that you can never, ever pick up a drink again. I imagine the Dr.s told you that already.
I will Pray for you my friend. I have missed you and was wondering what was going on. One of my Prayers has been answered, you are still alive.
Now, answer your own Prayers.

Rob glad you made it back alive.
Are you becoming a little more aware that this is not a mind game where you are never going to be able to control your drinking?
Is this convincing enough that untreated alcoholism kills?
This is a matter of life and death, not a matter of "I will do it my way!", is your way killing you?
Please Rob do not join the majority of alcoholics and die of the disease.
