My Day 2 After A Month Long Binge

Today I did not drink or smoke (2 days now). I slept later, skipped the coffee, went for a long walk to photograph some baby goats, ate spinach salad, took a hot bath, went for French Onion Soup, read a great novel and played with my parrot. It was a perfect Sunday. I am happy to be alive again...
