Don't want to drink

I will not drink today. It's day 4 and I can make it. My kids need me tonight. I don't want to put them in danger. I don't want a hangover. WOW! :chatterThat felt good!!!!! I went to lunch today and my mind started racing of drinking tonight. I't amazing to have a mind that just starts moving in that direction and it's hard to change the mind once it gets that in it's head. So posting this that I WILL NOT DRINK today may help.

Have you considered attending AA
or doing any recovery program?

One day at a time Trina, but I'd also recommend checking out an AA meeting or considering any program of recovery. It certainly helps to have a plan.
