You guys, I could FEEL the prayers that were going up today from you. I love you guys with all my heart and I thank you for all the support I found here 18 months ago

. I would not be free tonight without the ESH that I found here.

For those of you just getting started breaking free, it really can be done. It isn't easy and it isn't fast, but it can happen. Take it one day at a time and keep doing the next right thing.

Jen, I'm so glad to walk this journey with you. I remeber when you first started posting..the thing that impressed me so much was that you were making a plan...You had thought about what you needed for yourseelf and your boys, you found support and you planned out what you wanted to do. I think it is a little easier to leave when ther eis some idea of what's next. A plan helps us not to come running back out of fear of the unknown.
