Thank you F&F friends!

Today is my one-year "birthday" and I just wanted to thank you all! There is no way I would have gotten here without the tremendous amount of ES&H you all have given me. If I hadn't gotten into codie recovery, I would still be stressing over things I don't need to, and that always led me to something to numb the stress.

I still stress, sometimes, but you all have shown me that I don't have to let it bring me down.
