If It's Friday Night For You...What's Your Plans?

Me, I'm curling up on the couch watching a movie. Just had some real food...first time in a week (been sick with the flu all week).
I may take things up a notch tonight, add some real excitment and pop some popcorn!
I'm sober and lovin' it! Going to bed sober means I get to wake up sober!
Now THAT'S cool!
Tay.

Spending a quiet night at home with my daughter. May watch some TV, read a book, and eat something sweet.

I'm glad you're feeling better now, Tay-lyn.

Kev...happy floor washing!

Ro...enjoy your mommy-daughter time!

SF...have a great meeting!

I'm microwaving some red potatoes, yellow squash and bbq chicken strips for mr cmc and myself. With some sliced tomatoes on the side that will be the meal we'll have while watching a movie. After mr cmc falls asleep I'll pull out my stash of dark chocolate
Later on I will probably be here on SR or doing some soduku puzzles; but I really should turn in early because on Saturdays we like to go out for breakfast before our respective meetings @ 10 am

Hi Tay-lyn,

I have been battling the flu since Tuesday & I really hope you don't feel as horrid as I do. I somehow managed to complete a 3 day business trip (dumb - I should have cancelled) & just got home this afternoon. My little girl (4 years old) is really sick too (flu &/or strep throat) and she was crying yesterday for her daddy. So that's my Friday night plans...resting, colouring, watching Dora, hugging my baby girl.

my best friend is coming over, and i'm going to try to convince her to get chinese buffet with me. it actually probably won't take much convincing, since she loves chinese as much as i do. then we'll probably come back to my apartment and watch Best Week Ever on vh1.

what movies are you all planning to watch??

I took one of my sons out to a special dinner, to a place he and I go to annually. I did'nt want to go because I look and feel dreadful with these shingles, but I had to reschedule last week. We ended up having a real nice time. The place we go is a Japenese Habatchi Grill. This is our our 5th year going, and it is a special bonding time for us. Now I'm kicking back to watch the Price is Right.
Hope you all have a safe and happy Friday.

I love Japanese hibachi!!
I have been wanting to go for the longest. I was just talking about that earlier.
I worked at one a long time ago. It was the best job I ever had.
They wanted to teach me how to cook at the tables. I think not. I would cut my fingers off.

Those habatchi chefs are a lot of fun to watch, some of their moves are amazing. I'm with you Chiy, I would loose all my fingers, and I'm sure the patrons would be wearing the majority of their food.
