Things are often a little slow on the secular board. I guess the free thinkers are off doing other things. So I thought I'd just post a "hello" to everyone who posts here sometimes. It's bedtime in this part of the world and I'm off to hit the hay, after another sober day, thank god (so to speak). Hope you all had a peaceful and happy day and another sober one tomorrow.

Hi Nolonger. I thank my lucky stars and all the effort; persistence, patience and willingness that I remain sober today. Not to mention developing effective strategies to cope with stress, the ability to self-soothe and having an awareness of my triggers helps too.
