Update -My Abrother's Meds

You may recall me posting about my A brother and his meds for bi-polar. After his disoriented episode a few weeks back his dr. decided to wean him off of them. He seems so much better now. I think he's completely off of everything now and you can even see shades of his "old self" in there. He is still not particularly joyful or passionate about life or anything, but he is not as gloomy, surley or slurring words, lethargic, etc., as when he was on the meds. Perhaps he was mis-diagnosed. I am glad that he feels better and acts better. It has been a long road, and we have a ways to go, but it keeps getting better.

That's great news! Diagnosing bipolar is indeed difficult. And then getting the right me mix is on ongoing challenge. I'm glad this progress is being made.

So glad you have good news to report today as well.
There are lots of steps in the right direction and thankfully your brother is taking one.
