Today is my AH birthday. For the sake of myself I moved out of our home over a week ago and have been maintaining no contact. He doesn't know where I am but somehow still manages to cause me anxiety with his drama.

Today is his birthday. I sent him a text message this morning that simply said "thinking of you on your birthday hope it's a good one"

I know my own sanity is at stake, and truthfully I don't think I even want to know what he's doing because I know he's up to no good. He has tried to manipulate other family with his BS about how he can't pay bills.

I guess it's just hard and I am hurting today.

i know days like this can be hard and sorry you are hurting.

remember, IT IS JUST ONE DAY AND YOU WILL GET THROUGH IT AND IT WILL PASS.
