Almost through day 3 of opiate detox

Any advice on how to get through this. I'm on my own here.

I'm detoxing off opiates myself. Let me know what you were taking and how much and I could probably help you.

You made a wise choice by coming on here instead of picking up. I'm a little over 2 1/2 years clean from Opiates. Used very heavy. It can be done!
