I'm Rob

I've been drinking off and on for a number of years. I'm 23 now, sober for at least today so far.I live in a small town in alberta called didsbury. I don't know if there are any meetings here. there was one that used to be held at the masonic hall every friday but i haven't seen anybody there recently. so i guess for now I'll hang out here

Hi Rob, welcome. Stick to the forum, try to get help. I'd give anything right now to have found help 5 years ago when I was your age - or earlier. It feels like my entire 20s went out of a bottle and down the drain. Do it for yourself

Welcome to SR Rob! We all started with a first day...keep going, try for two, then three, and on and on.

This is a good place for support and inspiration, especially when it's not easy to get in-person.
