I'll try again?? Hello..
LOL, I did a hello, (Scared to death of it thread) earlier this afternoon. But hey.
then someone with a big ol beer bottle/glass slogan did something..and lol, I got sucked into a deleted post mess. Ok, I do know how some of the forum stuff works, I am just still working on the "how to stop drinking" works...
I'm a her. I haven't spent but seconds on willful sobriety, but I lost a friend to suicide 2 years ago, so my name is dedicated to him. He lost this battle, and in his final words to me, "I hope you find your happiness"...just it isn't in the bottle where he was too.

Don't let the trolls get you down. They are a given in this world unfortunately (meaning earth, not just the forum). The majority of the people here will support and give you positive advice, thats what matters.

I'm an alcoholic using AA as my recovery program.
It's been an awesome adventure for me.
Have you tried to quit before?
Had an honest talk with your doctor?
I am sorry Mark did not find a way to be sober.
Since I quit...
26 friends and co workers of mine died from unchecked alcoholism.
What an un-necessary waste of good people!
Keep posting ...we do understand.

I work the night shift, so am usually on this forum only very late at night Pacific Standard time...I try to read before I go to work in order to get an extra boost for the day.
Not sure what happened earlier, however...Today for me is day 3. There were some wonderful people who helped me in chat the other night. Don't know me for nothing, but got me through some very scary withdrawals.
I'm so grateful that I got through another day and night.
Looking forward to getting to know more about you.
