Hey All- As predicted the sun did rise this morning. I feel good that I can say I am still sober...day 24 for me. I was really emotional and angry about the work thing yesterday...but I was able to work through it...the key, what was new to me, was letting other people know what was going on, and, frankly, asking them to keep an eye on my actions

Nice work on 24 days. I like what you said about talking to other people. I have found that telling other people how I feel and what is going on is HUGE in my sobriety. I'm not used to it, and if someone asked how I was doing I was always "fine". It's uncomfortable and I sometimes feel like I'm bothering other people, but they usually don't seem to mind.

How are your meetings going? I made coffee for the first time last night and it was actually really fun. Didn't you say you had a committment also?
