I have been drinking heavily since I was 12, I am only 25 now. I'm just tired of drinking, I never feel well, and it affects my relationships. I'm so anxious and scared. I am open to any advice!

My suggestion is to talk to your dr before you stop drinking. Detoxing from alcohol can be dangerous.

Take a look around here and read and learn. There is lots of information and support.

Congrats. It's a hard decision to come to when your young. My story is fairly similar. Started drinking at 12. Had a daily habit by 16 or so, and i finally got sober at 27. I did it by going to AA. I'm definitely not going to say or try to imply that its the only way. Just that it has worked for me.
check out aa.org/bigbookonline/ it is a link to the "big book" online. It's like the text book for AA. Give it a glance. You may find some things in there useful even if you chose another route. I wish you all the best and good luck.

Glad to hear youve decided to be sober. I too started at 12. But I did drugs. Not until now at the age of 32 did I decide to get help.
Definately talk to your Dr. It can be very dangerous coming off alocohol.
Sooner the better.
Wish I had enough sense to at least try when I was younger.
