I don't know all the details yet but it looks like I might hire that attorney after all. No one ever called me to let me know they had him. I happened to go on the Counties Clerk of Courts website and found out. Not to mention they show he has a bond because the only charge is aggravated stalking which is a misdemeanor!!!!! I'm pleased he's locked up but really upset about the charges. I just found out about all of this. When I know more I'll let everyone know what i found out.

WOW thats fantastic hope they figure out ALL the charges I would call the police station or the DA or anyone who can explain why thats all he has charged on him.... At least he is behind bars and is where he should be. Bet you can finally breath huh? Oh and get that lawyer!!!

That's great that they got him, but after finding your post from December I have to wonder what the DA was thinking. This man should not be walking the streets!!!

Get in touch with the DA. Your story made the newspapers when it happened. If that doesn't work, I'd contact the newspapers and bring this to their attention. I have some experience with getting stories into newspapers. You should have no trouble getting them interested in this. Public officials react to newspaper stories. It doesn't have to be a big newspaper. If you get it into a small local, it will have a big effect.

Kris, I am very happy that they caught him, but very upset at the deal with the charges. You do whatever you have to do to make sure he gets charged with everything else. I love you. Glad you're safe!
