Still clinging on....would like support

Hey All- going to another mtg tonight. Still saddled with some pretty bad withdrawal stuff...suffering through. Just now seeing the damage this last run caused...at work, home...especially to loved ones...it seems so broken at times....All I can do is concentrate on not drinking...that otherstuff will just have to wait....a lot of regret...shame...remorse...trying to look to today and not wallow in it...but its hard. Thanks

Hey Rob...i just want to say this: i've been in places where i thought there was no way to go and i couldn't take the physical pain of life on my body. If there's one thing that's possible in life is to be happy...it is....and you will be ok....you deserve it..keep giving yourself that chance...

I know it's easier said than done, but don't let all those other things that have happened upset and depress you. Believe me, everyone will be relieved that you are taking care of yourself. Don't dwell on the past, just concentrate on where you need to go from here. Take it one day at a time and you'll see that in the end it will all be worth it.
