You might be able to find one in your area. I don't recall seeing any where I live.

Here at SR you might check out the Christians in Recovery forum here is the link http://www.soberrecovery.com/forums/...ians-recovery/

I noticed the title to your thread is AA bylaws. Then in your thread you refer to the Bible. Although it is suggested that the AA member find a Higher Power that power is not defined to be of any particular religous organization. Just for reference in the forward of the Big Book, 3rd edition. page xiii sentance 12 and page xiv sentances 1 through 4 state
We are not an organization in the conventional sense of the word. There are not fees nor dues whatsoever. The only requirement for membership is an honest desire to stop drinking. We are not allied with any particular faith, sect, or denomination, nor do we oppose anyone. We simply wish to be helpful to those who are afflicted.
This basically means:
The authors are not allied with anyone else so there are no other organizations pulling the strings. They are not reformers or anti-alcohol activists. They accept us as we are and are not trying to force their beliefs onto us.

They don't want our money. They do not require that we adopt any particular religious or political beliefs. They aren't going to tell us what to do, but only show us what they have done. We can trust their motives. If we want to quit drinking, we can join them.
