I think sometimes Lauren just tells me what I want to hear at the time....told me last night that she is not going to treatment!! I went ahead and called and made an appointment with the angel at the National Council of Alcohol and Drug Dependance for tomorrow morning. Lauren's arm is scarred from the cutting she has done and with the past drug problems, if need be I hope it will not be hard to get her somewhere! Lets see eating disorder, pills, meth and now this heroin!! It is very overwhelming to me today but I know I can get through all of this but I do know it will only work if she will let it!! Please keep my Lauren in your prayers!!! Hugs to you all, Deanna

I know it's hard, but just try to stay in the day. And I don't really think you can go on anything an active addict says, so don't obsess over that too much.

I pray that she will go tomorrow and you can get her somewhere where she can get some help.
