Now, i know i've been here 1/2 a year now and have no clue how to multi quote a posting!!!! I want to on my thread and don't know how. HELP!!!!

You can copy and paste the text then just put the quote code around each one or open each post you want to quote (right click and select open in new window), click the quote button for each then copy and paste each to one post and submit just that one and close the others.

I am bored LOL, we had our family dinner last night and my son is busy with his gifts so I am just vegging out today.

I'm still waiting for somebody smarter than me to come along and tell us how you do it. I dunno~ but I like the suggestion to copy & paste the quote code around (at the beginning and end of) remarks you'd like to quote, but i am betting there is a more efficient/fast methiod.:sorry

I just copy and paste as hadenoughnow suggested. Probably an easier way but it works for me. After all, it's alcoholic behavior for me to complicate something so simple;-) Lol!

hbb, I am sorry if I'm hijacking your thread a bit, but I just figured out how to post quotes. Now I'm scratching my head over posting photos! I have all the links that explain how to do it, but .... guess too much of all that bleach I've been dumping on my hair for years has seeped from my roots into my brain!

I simply copied the brackets and / quote and pasted it inside the message. Then I typed right below it.
again, you see the "end quote tag" this is [/quote]
So essentially you copy and paste the start and end quote tags, and begin and end each segment! Hope this helps

This is how I do 'multi quotes'...

I hit the 'quote' button on someone's post that I want to use for a quote.

Then I copy the entire message, brackets and all (in case I want to quote more than one thing they said) and then past it into a word document.

Then I return to the post on the forum, and hit the left arrow to get myself out of 'quote mode' to return to the original post

If I want to quote some else's quote on the same thread, I repeat the three steps above.

I go back to the word document and delete all that I don't want to use being careful not to delete those all important beginning and ending brackets

I then insert my comments under (or above) each quote and then hit edit, select all, copy

I then go back to the thread, hit the reply button, and paste.
