Hi Everyone,

Just thought I would update as I haven't posted since the other day. I am on day 3 today, the last two days have been pretty crappy to say the least. I wrote that I didn't regret drinking as such as I had learned from it, but I can honestly say that I really really wished I hadn't now. My anxiety is at a all time high with the withdrawal and with it being Christmas, I have so much I should be doing but can bearly leave the house at the moment.

Oh well I can't change it now, but I am never putting myself through this again, I just hope it passes soon

Hi Barb, my real feather is in it's box I just changed my avatar back aswell, I couldn't upload it for ages after one of the crashes but it worked this morning

Glad you are back Sax, I find it easier to not put myself through it today, it gives me an out because I could always decide tomorrow that "Maybe it was not all that bad, I can handle it this time!", then when tomorrow comes it is today so since it is not tomorrow I will once again make a decision to put off my drinking again until tomorrow! You are so right, it shall pass..... thank goodness it does as all things do eventually.
