New Day with some jobs to do
Well here we go....finally came clean to people around me re: the drinking. Kind of hard not to when the police are searching the county for you with dog teams....I have one goal today ( besides not drinking) get the ball rolling on my unaddressed mental health issues...these areas always bring me right back to the bottle...worse each time....plus the anxiety and depresssion just rob all the joy from my life...right nowI have an existance ....not a life

Remember, just one day at a time. And it sounds like you are doing that - looking into your mental health issues. Do you have a doctor you're working with?
If you can concentrate on today and don't go "out there" awfulizing, you may find some peace.
