Is there a step workbook?
Is there a step workbook with guiding questions to help work through each step?
What is your experience of how you work the steps?
I will have winter break soon and really need to refocus on my own inventory.
I need to make a few more personal changes and am more dedicated now to actually living life instead of just getting through each day!
Thanks for sharing your experience.

There are several. Go to the self help/recovery section of any major bookstore and you'll find them. Also check out Hazelden (sp?) which is a major publisher of books about alcoholism and recovery.

"Paths to Recovery, Al-Anon's Steps, Traditions and Concepts" I bought this book at an Alanon meeting and it has chapters on each step with questions following each chapter.
"Codependents Guide to the Twelve Steps" by Melody Beattie This book also has activities to do after reading each chapter,
