Do you know where my empty wine bottle is? It's at the liquor store...unpurchased and, presumably, still full. I wonder if it misses me. . . ?

I'm feeling pretty happy to have made it through these first few days, particularly through tonight. I have to say, though, that around 5:00 I was feeling very cranky, depressed and deprived. But that has now passed, and I am really looking forward to waking up tomorow with a clear head.

One thing I've noticed this week -- It seems like I am stuttering and mis-speaking a lot. Is that a symptom of withdrawl? Maybe it's just a symptom of nervousness.

Anyway, It's been informative, enlightening and helpful to read the wisdom in so many of the posts in here. Thanks...
