First day

Hello
This is the first day of recovery for me. I was sober from 1995 to 2001. Then I drank again until yesterday. I am glad I ran across this website and thank you all for being here, I know I am glad. I suffer from Depression,anxiety, insomnia and alcohol addiction. I hope to meet some great people in here that I can find support and a helping hand. Thank You

Hi rainer and Welcome,

It sounds like you know how to be sober, so hopefully things will go smoothly for you.

I wonder if you have talked to a dr about your depression/anxiety?
