I haven't been here for awhile. Life hasn't gotten any easier. I just got a little smarter in how I deal with things. I've also started not getting involved in anyone elses drama ( I can create enough of my own!)

Wanted to share this with you all, too.
I have bumper stickers on the back of my van - "One Day at a Time" and "You are not Alone". I was stuck in traffic on the expressway one morning and had someone honking at me - I turned to look and they were showing me their coin. And another day again someone honking at me shouting ONE DAY AT A TIME.

It helped me realize that I am truly not alone anymore.

Thanks for popping in. Hope you stay a while this time. I've been working on not getting involved in somebody else's drama, too. One way I'm doing that is by making a concerted effort not to invite drama into my life by responding to angry posts on internet forums--whether those responses are directed at me or someone else. Just because someone else gets their feathers ruffled, it doesn't mean I have to do the same.

I'm learning that anger is a choice, not a reflex.
