I slept all the way thru the night!!

I know that must seem like a silly thing to rejoice over, but when I drank I never, ever slept through the night. I always woke up several times either because I was terribly thirsty, or because I had to get up and pee.

Today is day 8- I feel wonderful. Went to bed at 10pm, woke up at 6am. And no headache today. It's a miracle.

Congratulations Laura. 8 days is wonderful, you should feel that way. Keep doing what you're doing and staying strong. It might get tough, but you're worth it!

Glad you got to sleep the whole night. I know how that's important for the next day... i feel happy for you so here's one like yours:

I used to include in my nightly prayers, "And, please, God...help me sleep through the night." One morning, I woke up and realized the prayer had indeed been answered! It truly felt like a miracle!

peeing and drinking

At least you got up to pee. I slept right on through and peed my bed every night for three years.

Unmanageable anyone?

Thankful for dry sheets and crusty eyes in the morning...
