Easy & Yummy

Cheesy Chili Dip
8 oz cream cheese
1 can Hormel chili with beans
Shredded cheddar

Spread cream cheese in bottom of pie plate. Top with chili and shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes (or microwave) until cheese melts. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.

Okay I just want to let you guys know that you are driving me crazy with all of these delicious recipes. I have been on an all healthy low fat diet since I found out my cholesterol was really high this summer. With meds and the diet my cholesterol is now in the normal range, but I am seriously thinking of trying all of these recipes. Maybe I will just have one giant pig out day on Christmas. Hugs, Marle
