I am doing the same hun, my health has been affected too. Went in Hospital yesterday for a cancer check and my blood pressure and pulse rate was sky high. My doc has been treating me for something else, blahh, and now hypertension, they say. OK, a few more tests and who knows..
I really needed to get out of it (my as & ds) as it has been going on for years and funnily enough my minds made up. No more, cant do it!
