30 days
Well, I have made it to 30 days, yay me

30 days is the longest I have been sober in 20 years (except when pregnant) and it has been really hard. I honestly thought I might die in the first two weeks, the last week I have gradually been improving physically and am now at the point where I feel I can get on with living. I haven't really been able to do anything all month, I have just been existing and praying I could make it through another day.

I would just like to thank you all for being here and giving me strength when I needed it
