Yeh! I am so happy I made it 8 days without a drink. I feel great actually, mentally and physically.I don't even feel like a drink most of the time and when I do I keep busy till the urge passes. Thanks to everyone here and I read the posts daily to keep me going. Thank you so much!!! Hope I can help others now.
